Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Post-Graduate Certificate

Develop advanced practice nursing skills with a certificate specialization in adult and geriatric health within the primary care settings.

Designed for nurse practitioners who already hold a graduate degree in nursing with certification in an existing APRN population focus and who seek a second area of specialization in adult and geriatric health.

Nursing needs leaders who engage with intention, act with justice, and serve with compassion.

At ÑÇɫӰ¿â, we’ve been leading excellence in nursing education for over 80 years. You will learn alongside caring industry professionals and graduate with a degree that is highly respected within the community and known to be knowledgeable, caring, competent, and well-prepared to practice as responsible members of the nursing profession.

Building upon your advanced practice nursing knowledge, our Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) Certificate will prepare you to provide holistic health care to adults and older adults in primary care settings.

In as little as two years, you can elevate your impact on the aging population's patient care through evidence-based practice and interprofessional collaboration to directly influence healthcare outcomes and shape healthcare policies.

Our online courses meet the needs of the working adult, providing flexible learning experiences in the classroom and practicum settings. A part-time program of study option is also available.

St. Kate’s has a streamlined admission process – no application fee, no GRE test – to accelerate your NP-Certificate onboarding experience.
