Earn your BSN Online in an Accelerated or Part-Time Option

Students aspiring to become registered nurses (RNs) can pursue their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) through the flexible online program offered by St. Kate’s College for Adults.

Earn your BSN degree from a regional leader in nursing education, with over 100 years of experience and unmatched connections to leading healthcare employers.

Choose from an accelerated (21-month) or part-time (31-month) option, with all courses fully online. You’ll participate each week in lab experiences on our St. Paul, MN campus in our state-of-the-art simulation facility and get hands-on experiences at our regional hospitals and clinical partners.

St. Kate’s BSN students learn in an environment that embraces holistic, multicultural, and social justice perspectives on health and healing. Graduates are prepared to take the NCLEX-RN exam and are eligible to earn Public Health Nursing (PHN) and Holistic Nurse (HN-BC) certification.

Many BSN graduates continue at St. Kate’s with a Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, including Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator, and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner options.

Students of all genders are welcome in the program.

Students first enroll as pre-nursing students to take prerequisites and other required courses before starting the nursing major. See our catalog listing and for starting the major.

For successful admission and continuance in ÑÇɫӰ¿â’s nursing programs, a specific set of essential cognitive, sensory, communication, psychomotor, and behavioral/emotional/spiritual health abilities are required to be performed with or without reasonable accommodations. .
